Guthrie, Inc. has over 40 years of combined experience in the construction industry, building a wide variety of custom, residential and commercial products.  Kent Guthrie, President of Guthrie Inc., grew up in a small South Dakota farm and ranch community where his upbringing emphasized the values and work ethic needed to have a successful career in the military.  Kent retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after more than 20 years on active duty. Kent has the ability to coordinate, execute and plan in detail, while simultaneously making the building process as smooth as possible. This always equates to a satisfied customer.

We have many to choose from.  We specialize in building entry to mid-level and custom homes with features that many builders consider to be upgrades while remaining reasonably priced.  We strive to give our clients a quality product with a wide variety of amenities.
